If the failure is caused by turbine manufacturing defects, we will be responsible for problems caused by quality of production or raw material, except the damageable spare parts of genset caused by crew wearing parts, consumable parts for daily use, human error , negligence or failure of following the original maintenance manual provisions, etc.

  Q3: What is your payment terms?

  A3: T/T 30% advance payment, the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment.
